Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3 pm.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 am.
Breakfast
On pre-order until 03:00 pm (of the previous day) you have the possibility to enjoy a wonderful breakfast in our B&B Alp Larain. If you prefer to have breakfast in your apartment, you can buy fresh bread, tasty jams and a lot more in the nearby supermarket (just 3 walking minutes).
Final cleaning
For the final cleaning of the small apartments (Top 6 and 7) we charge € 55,00, for the final cleaning of the two bigger apartments (Top 4 and 4) € 66,00.
Cancellation conditions
For the final cleaning of the small apartments (Top 6 and 7) we charge € 55,00, for the final cleaning of the two bigger apartments (Top 4 and 4) € 66,00.
- Up to 30 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge. If you already made a down payment, it will be refunded.
- From 30 days before arrival, we charge a fee of 30 % of the total price.
- From 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount.
- For no-show we charge 100% of the booked arrangement price.
Children’s discount
Children up to 6 years that are sleeping in the bed of their parents are free. If there is an extra bed needed, we charge € 10,00 per day. You can also add a baby bed for € 10,00 per day. For children 6 years and older there are no discounts available.
Sauna
Our small wellness are is open daily from 4:00 pm until 8:00pm.
Parking lot
For each apartment, or rather for 4 people, we offer one parking space right in front of our house.
Ski equipment
Of course, you will also find a ski cellar in our house, where you can store your equipment safely and dry.
